I have bad odar breath everyday i dont know why. I brush my teeth 3 times, my gum, my, tongue, and my teeth, it helps alittle but then the smell just comes back. Please help. And i never talk in school cause of it or anywhere. Please help me thank you
Use a mouth wash with alcohol like Oral B (the kind with mint). Have a strong mint like a mint flavored tic tac. Get a tongue brush, like Ora B. Odor usually grows on the tongue, and this helps to gently yet effectively clean it off. Talk to your dentist about your hygiene issues.

I’ve got the same problem. Tic-Tac’s usually help, especially the minty ones. Just suck on them, but don’t swallow or chew, and your breath will start to smell minty after a while.

I KNOW HOW! floss often, and use antiseptic mouth rinse 1-2 times a day. Also, watch what you eat because bits of food get stuck between hidden teeth and cause bad breath…:)

You have halitosis, which is chronic bad breath, there are things you can do like sucking on a lemon, chewing gum, or breath mints. ask your dentist for further treatment, because it may be more than just bad breath, you could have a dead tooth somewhere in your mouth and not know it.
