Ever hear of Sjogren’s syndrome?

For years, my PCP said I had alot of allergies, but now, My eye doctor says I have all the symptom of Sjogren’s.. What are some treatments for the dry skin & dry mouth? He suggested Restasis for the dry eye. I’ve done soooo many creams & lotions, both my Rx & OTC….
what do you do for the dry mouth, no saliva?

    Be aware also of medications that cause dry mouth like antihistamines and antidepressants and avoid them.

    Tiffy,Sjogren’s , is a auto immune disorder, a disase that impairs the normal function of the body, pain and social problems causes invading organisms, just to much to go into on this site. Go to web md and get all the info you could ever imagine on this diseases. Good Luck Rita V
