Dry Mouth

I asked this earlier but did not get any responses. If you have Sjogrens Syndrome (it’s an incurable illness that results in dry eyes and mouth, arthritis pain in muscles and joints and many other symptoms) or do you know of someone who has it? Can you tell me how you found out that you had it. What treatments have you undergone and have they been effective at all?
Lupus is similar but did your doctors say the treatment is the same for Sjogrens Syndrome? Were you feeling ill when you were diagnosed? What medications are taken? I’d appreciate the info.

I have it. I was diagnosed with Lupus about 30 yea rs ago. My SSA went positive a few months later. I keep Tic Tacs with me at all times . I also have a drink available too. I have to moisturize every time I bathe. I use artificial tears, not lubricating drops, but tears. My Immunologist also suggested saline spray for my nose. You will adapt. I did. How was your ANA?
