Is dry mouth a symptom of postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome?

Also how do i cope with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (aka POTS)?
I take a beta blocker. Which seems to help with my 150 pulse rate when i stand. I get hot flashes quite often. They really bug me, anything that helps with that?

I am 18 years old female, 5,6 tall, 126 pounds.
I did a million blood tests; everything is normal. Had an MRI done > normal. Echocardiogram > normal. Back to my point, i get dry mouth quite often. Is that a symptoms of POTS?

Thank you.

No dry mouth can also mean you are just thirsty.
