What is dry mouth syndrome? What causes it and can you get rid of it?

where your mouth feels dry all the time and you constantly need a drink.

Generally it is from different medications. I am not sure what causes it when it is not medication related.

    Don’t know what cause’s it , my daughter was on cancer treatments and we met some one who had it and they used benadryl and cherry flavor Maalox same thing she used for mouth sores

    Two ideas; might be dehydrated (not drinking enough water), or much more serious, being thirsty a lot is a classic sign of diabetes. I would check it out with your doctor. Fat, skinny, young or old, it can affect anyone. Talk to your doctor!
