Drink extra water the night before you work out and first thing in the morning if you work out in the mornings early, hours before you work out if you go in the p.m.

As far as the red face I get it as well sometimes. The only option besides dealing with it or not pushing yourself as hard is surgery. There is a surgery where they snip a nerve along the spinal cord that is also responsible for making palms sweat, if I'm not mistaken. From what I remember it is a highly risky procedure.
References :
You can prevent the dry mouth easily by drinking water (maybe 4 or 5 cups) within a 1 or 2 hour time period before your workout begins...perhaps a little more...you'll be amazed at the results - I find an increased amount of stamina and a lot less thirst, as for the redness in your face, well, there is nothing better than seeing someone with that fresh glow after a workout, but if there is excessive redness (have a look around at what others look like), and if you still feel like it's not normal, then it's time to see your doctor since there may be other factors involved...Good luck
References :
HYDRATE!!! Your body is expelling water through sweat and by continuing to put more water in you can help prevent a dry mouth. As for the red face, water will help but you turn red because the blood flows faster as your blood pressure goes up (this means your workout is good as long as you don't go up too high).
Try getting either a good water bottle you can carry with you or a hydration pack you can put on your back and drink from that.
References :
This is common problem. Can you carry some water with you? Be sure to drink plenty before you start too. As for the red face, you're stuck with it. It has to do with your natural complexion.
Keep up the good work!!!
