		<description>In the wintertime, when the house is closed up tight and the heat is on, it sucks the humidity out of the air.  Invest in a humidifier/vaporizer to put moisture back in the air.

Also, if you are on some medications they may be drying out your mucous areas that you breathe thru.  I have dry mouth, dry eyes, dry sinuses.  I can hardly breathe at night.  Sometimes I have to sleep sitting up.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
