Is there a home remedy readily available to combat halitosis?

Can not afford any dental products.
also know that kidney problems can cause halitosis….
really bad halitosis, you should see your doctor if your mouth is clean, and you are taking probiotics, and being healthy.
otherwise , mix baking soda with some hydrogen peroxide and swish in your mouth a few minutes, and spit out
It kills skunk odor, it will kill bad breath.

Best treatment is Philips Sonicare toothbrush but as you can’t afford one the next best thing is to brush your teeth well with fluoride toothpaste 3 times a day. Brush tongue as well. Get plenty to drink as dehydration makes the smell a lot worse. Floss between your teeth too.

It’s probably an issue that originates in your gut, not your mouth.
Research probiotics, digestive enzymes, and fiber supplements. You need to treat the root of the problem rather than trying to tackle a symptom.

if you can’t afford dental products, how are you going to afford a "home remedy"?
Come on a toothbrush and some toothpaste doesn’t cost a lot, use baking soda if you can’t afford toothpaste (although I don’t believe you will save much). Brush your teeth properly twice a day, not forgetting your gums, tongue, cheeks, lips.
I like to follow with a hydrogen peroxide based mouth wash and have a good gargle.
