we don’t wanna pay the crazy price for dog toothpaste. and he would just swallow mints.
Add mint leaves to his water.

The bad breath may be caused by whatever you are feeding him. Put him on a premium quality food.
For his teeth, give him raw meaty bones to chew and he’ll have nice clean teeth.
